About the Process

We do our utmost to provide you with a quotation within 24 hours upon receipt of your enquiry.

We shall normally require a 48-hours-notice prior to inspection so that our inspector can plan the same.
In cases where we are to agree on an inspection date with your supplier, we shall keep you informed of the date agreed.

You will be kept duly updated and informed of our findings and where tests are required – of the laboratory’s findings.

We strive to deliver our final report or certificate to you within 24 hours after the last action – whether this involves inspection or receipt of an analysis certificate from a laboratory.

Why do you need to know the destination country, when we are enquiring inspection at load point only?

Because the governments of some countries require pre-shipment inspections (PSI) on some or all imported goods, and as some PSI-contracts are won by a small number of inspection companies we may have to refer you to one of our competitors.
